De Sovrani Hotel - Kolkata

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of Salt Lake City. The location was perfect, right near City Center Mall, making it easy to explore and shop. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were well-appointed with nice furniture and all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. it was great value for money and attention to detail was evident throughout my stay.

Everything was just fine.

Secondly, the staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that I felt welcome and taken care of throughout my stay. Special thanks to the housekeeping service, who worked tirelessly to keep the rooms clean and supplied with all the necessary amenities. Lastly, the breakfast served at this hotel was simply delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hotel could benefit from improving their front desk staff's communication skills.

The hotel is conveniently located near a famous mall which is an added bonus. The restaurant serves great food and the breakfast is enjoyable, with polite and prompt service staff. The hotel facilities and cleanliness are noteworthy, as is the hotel's parking availability.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, near the main road and within walking distance to a shopping mall. the banquet service was very well organized, with a helpful and cooperative team. the hotel also had ample parking.

The breakfast menu was repetitive and not attended to properly, with customers often complaining. the hot water supply was also unreliable and required continuous follow-up with the staff.

the quality of the food served was excellent, particularly the jumbo prawns which had a lovely taste. the view of the city from the restaurant was also fantastic.

Sadly, we encountered some problems with the hot water availability.

The hotel has a great location, close to a popular shopping mall and a corporate hub. The rooms are well-decorated and very clean. They also offer a gym and a swimming pool, which was great for relaxing on the weekend.

The staff was not very friendly or helpful. We had a few issues with basic amenities not being provided and the staff seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns.
